Compliance Reports
As part of our team effort in maintaining compliance, we encourage our employees, residents, visitors and family members to report compliance concerns to our anonymous Compliance Hotline. If you suspect, or know of, compliance concerns, we ask that you contact our Compliance Team by:

Human Resources
Prestige Team Members are encouraged to talk to their supervisor and Administrator/Executive Director when employment questions arise, however, they can also reach out to our Human Resources Department at HR@prestigecare.com or 360-356-3399 for general HR and employment related questions and concerns.
