Current Executive Team
Jason Delamarter | Chief Operating Officer
Fourth-generation leadership, Jason Delamarter has more than 25 years of experience in senior living and long-term care operations.
Since joining Prestige Senior Living in 2001, he has led at community, regional and divisional levels for business development before advancing to Chief Operating Officer.
In his time with Prestige, Jason has overseen the addition of over 50 new facilities. In his current role as COO, Jason focuses on driving operational results through strategic partnerships and ongoing leadership initiatives, including driving company culture, census growth and operational efficiency.
Ryan Delamarter | Chief Legal Officer
Ryan Delamarter brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as the Chief Legal Officer of Prestige Senior Living. Part of Prestige’s fourth-generation leadership, Ryan has led the legal and risk management functions since 2003.
Since starting out as the Director of Risk Management, he provides strategic oversight in compliance, governance, human resources, IT and contract management across the operating portfolio. In his role, he works to further Prestige’s mission of providing quality care guided by a compassionate heart.
Tom Mitchell | Chief Financial Officer
Tom Mitchell joined the Prestige Senior Living team in 2019, with more than 30 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting and publicly traded companies.
Prior to Prestige, he worked as the CFO for Harbor Retirement Associates, where he oversaw $500M in senior housing projects. Tom’s career spanned from accounting to real estate developers, a regional start-up and a medical research institute before specializing in skilled nursing and senior living facilities in 2012.
In his role as CFO, Tom oversees all financial operations across the Prestige network, including safeguarding assets and advising on planning and development across communities.
Cassidy Bancroft | Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller
Cassidy Bancroft brings more than two decades of financial leadership in skilled nursing and assisted living operations to her role at Prestige Senior Living. Prior to joining Prestige in 2020, she held executive leadership roles at Revera Health Systems, CareOne and Trillium Healthcare Consultants where she managed multi-state portfolios. Cassidy’s expertise drives financial performance, accountability and operational support.
