They take the time to learn the residents’ idiosyncrasies.The food service always provides a main entrée alternate for each meal and snack in the evening. Food services, I believe does their best and stays within state guidelines. You can’t make everyone happy. Med Tech’s I believe perform their duties at a consistent high level. There are always bumps in the road."
