Located just a short, scenic drive away from the northern Oregon coast, Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers offers both assisted and independent living options in the city of Tillamook. Five Rivers is a perfect option for those who wish to remain as independent as possible and enjoy the comfort of home, but prefer the specialized programming, amenities, and relaxed atmosphere that comes with community-based living.

I'd like to take the opportunity to commend the entire staff at Prestige Five Rivers, in Tillamook. My mother has been a resident there for five years. A recent incident with my mother prompted me to sit with her for extended periods. It was during one of those visits, that I was provided a meal, the same meal, as the residents, which was excellent, well-seasoned and executed. My compliments to the kitchen staff! I would gladly pay for a similar meal at a restaurant.
