What is a traditional “day in the life” of a Nursing Home Administrator and Executive Director at a Prestige Care assisted living community/skilled nursing care center?

No one day is exactly the same! You will help build the culture of your location, train and develop team members, support and care for our residents, build our brand in the local marketplace, and more. Most locations have a standup meeting, as well as care/nursing meetings to ensure we are following our care plans close, and more.

Our leaders enjoy continuous training, as well as knowledge sharing with other leaders within the Prestige Care family as well. If you want a dynamic environment that every day is different, while enjoying a high impact space, being a leader with the Prestige Care Family would be for you. 

What makes community/care center leadership at Prestige different than other healthcare providers?

What are other jobs within the Prestige Care Family I can get promoted into?

We have a strong promote-from-within culture here at Prestige and have developed a defined career path for you! After you master your community/care center-based leadership role, you can be promoted into the Sr. Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator role, or into a Regional Director of Operations role. Additionally, we have 100% traveling roles where you can fill in as a Nursing Home Administrator/Executive Director, we call that the Operations Specialist role on the assisted living side of our business, and the Interim Nursing Home Administrator role on the skilled nursing side of our business.

In addition, we have Central Support-based roles at our office in Vancouver, Washington.
