WHCA Names Hollie Kaiser of Richland Rehabilitation Center as Skilled Nursing Facility Executive Director of the Year

Richland, Wash.Prestige Care Inc., a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, is proud to announce that Hollie Kaiser, executive director of Richland Rehabilitation Center, received Washington Health Care Association’s (WHCA) Skilled Nursing Facility Executive Director of the Year award.

WHCA, which promotes quality long-term care and services through its partnerships with providers and state legislators, recognized Kaiser for demonstrating continual innovative, high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

“Hollie displays an unwavering commitment to her residents, patients, team and the greater Richland community, and we are so proud of her for earning this recognition,” said Harold Delamarter, founder and CEO of Prestige Care. “She is a selfless leader who contributes to every aspect of patient care and experience. Hollie fully embodies Prestige’s core values and is a great asset to the Richland center and our entire organization.”

Kaiser, who began her long-term care career as a social worker, joined Prestige in 2012 when the company acquired Richland Rehabilitation Center. During her tenure as executive director, she has helped Richland earn numerous awards and recognitions, including an American Health Care Association (AHCA) Bronze Award in 2017.

The center also achieved a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in 2017, and has earned three consecutive assisted living deficiency-free annual surveys from the Washington State Department of Social and Human Services (DSHS), which demonstrates the center’s ability to achieve the highest standards for quality and safety.

Kaiser received her award at the 2018 WHCA Annual Convention in Spokane on May 23.

WHCA promotes quality long-term health care and services and serves as an advocate for providers, staff and the patients and residents for whom they care. For more information on the WHCA and its annual awards process, please visit www.whca.org.
