After a successful run of special open house events in May, the fun continued throughout June. With luaus, hoedowns, BBQs and more, our communities put on fun, festive events that show case why we are Not Your Grandma’s Nursing Home!
A few of our communities brought a taste of the tropics to residents and families with luaus!
First up is Prestige Senior Living at Hearthstone, who threw a lei-d back party with great food and fun!
Staying with the luau theme, the team at Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates had aloha of fun at their island-themed luau!
Meanwhile, over a Prestige Senior Living Rosemont, the team held a senior prom – not high school seniors mind, you, but the residents! Everyone dressed up, and the event even got a writeup in the newspaper. The highlight of the event was the crowing of Bob Lane and Betty Knudtson as prom king and queen!
Meanwhile, over at Prestige Assisted living at Sierra Vista, the team hosted a Western-themed hoedown. They showed that when it comes to throwing parties, it wasn’t their first rodeo.
