Sullivan Park Assisted Living Community
Spokane ,
Washington
Big city amenities and beautiful scenery surround Sullivan Park Assisted Living Community in Spokane. With an amazing number of outdoor recreational opportunities and indoor activities just a short drive away; our Sullivan Park community embodies fun, and luxurious living for our residents.
Sullivan Park Assisted Living Community offers a choice of 44 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Our community has its own beauty salon and shared garden. Each apartment features a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, a private bath with barrier-free shower, 24-hour emergency call system, and several have private patios or balconies.
Our community is located in the Veradale neighborhood just off Sprague Avenue on a campus directly adjacent to the Sullivan Park Care Center, another Prestige community. It is near the Spokane Valley Mall and other shopping, public transportation and medical clinics.
Unique to Sullivan Park is the community’s “Campus of Care.” We offer a continuum of care from Independent Living, Assisted Living, and of course our very own Skilled Rehabilitation Center.

Hospice Care
Hospice Care :
The end of life is a period in which every individual deserves compassion, dignity and respect. Our Hospice services provide each individual with the medical care and emotional support they need to make the most of the time they have left with the ones they love.
Our focus is to help relieve pain and other symptoms so residents can live comfortably and alert while maintaining a reasonable course of medical care 24 hours a day. We work cooperatively with the resident and their family to coordinate the delivery of psychological, emotional and spiritual support consistent with each individual’s beliefs and wishes.
We honor living wills, advance directives, and we welcome the involvement of outside counselors, therapists, social workers, aides and volunteers. Visitors of all ages are also welcome to visit residents under hospice care at any time during the day or night.
